How to model Journey Maps and Touchpoint Relations
In order to screate a vertical line from one Lifeline element to another, please first place one 'Connector Node' element (small grey filled circles in Figure 1) to the position on the Lifeline the relation should start. Afterwards, select the 'touchpoint relation' and connect the 'Connector Node' with a chosen 'Touchpoint'.
