Installation Kit

If you don't yet have the ADOxx meta modeling environment installed, please download the installer and follow the instructions explained in the readme-files. Please note tgar rgus us a first prototype which may include some bugs and premature functionality.

Download and Install Modeling Environment:

1. Download the  modelling toolkit (~300 MB)
2. Watch this tutorial before installing the database because the database needs some very specific configuration!
3. Install included database following the tutorial! 4. Run "setup_adoxx.exe" to install the tool

Please note the following for the installation of the database: Run setup.exe of the MSDE database from the MSDE directory in the download ZIP file (alternatively you can use SQLServer Express, recommended for Windows Vista and Windows 7) For further information please refer to our documentation in the dbinfo subfolder.

Application Library for ADOxx

If you are already using the ADOxx meta modeling platform you can also download the application library file and import it into your ADOxx Development Toolkit. Feel free to add functionality to the library. However, it would be very kind to inform the method owner about your extensions.

Download and Import Application Library:

1. Download the  Application Library  (
2. Import the library into the ADOxx Development Toolkit. Watch this tutorial for instructions.
3. Create a new user for the library. Watch this tutorial for instructions.
4. Run the modeling tool and start to create conceptual designs for multi-view modeling methods.
